Which bank will take the company depends on shareholding and activity. We do not promise a named bank; we prepare a file that has been accepted in practice in that market.
Monthly books, management accounts and the tax calendar — commercial tax and income tax in Myanmar, GST and CIT in Singapore, VAT and PND filings in Thailand, tax on income in Cambodia. Closings are scheduled so payroll and tax draw from the same ledger.
Year-end packs are built from those books, not reconstructed in December. Advisory sits beside compliance when a structure, a cross-border payment or a year-end position needs a written recommendation before you file.
Contracts, monthly payroll, social security or CPF, and the statutory filings that sit with the people on the file. Payslips, payment lists and leavers are posted in the same month as the books.
Work permits and visas can sit beside payroll when staff will live in the market. In Myanmar we can also act as Employer of Record so you hire before the company exists.
Statutory financial-statement audit where the company must file audited accounts, coordinated so the auditor receives a trial balance and confirmations rather than a reconstruction of the year.
