Mrs. May Thu Hlaing

Mrs. May is a founder and managing partner of competency business solutions Co., Ltd in Myanmar.

As a successful entrepreneur, she has extensive knowledge and experience in advisory.
During her career, Mrs. May has spent times in accounting and auditing industry across the Singapore and Myanmar.

This experience has given Mr. May a unique commercial insight as well as specific expertise in auditing, tax advisory and investment advisory.

Mrs. May is also passionate about helping foreign businesses expand in Myanmar and local businesses expand overseas as well.

Ms. Yin Mar Phyu

Ms. Yin is operation director of the firm. She is specialized in auditing, accounting, tax compliance listed companies and advising national SMEs and owner managed businesses from a wide variety of sectors.

In Addition to accounting and financial reporting, she helps businesses on a range of issues, including strategic, financial and tax compliance and tax planning.

Working closely with start-ups and fast-growing businesses in provides proactive and practical advice and she is there for clients when they need support and values the deep trust that develops along the way.

Ms. Yin has more than 15 years of experience in both Singapore and Myanmar regarding auditing, accounting and financing sectors.

Mr. Surinder Angroola

Banking professional with more than 30 years of experience.

Post-graduate in Commerce (Banking & Finance). Also holds professional qualifications in Treasury, Risk Management, International Banking, Compliance and Microfinance.

Headed teams in different operational areas like Agri Lending, Microfinance, Retail Banking, SME Lending, Corporate Banking, Compliance, Risk Management.

Also a representative Bank of India as Chief Representative at Yangon Representative Office for 3 years.
